If your order has successfully gone through you will receive an automated email with a link for shipment tracking when your order ships. Once your order ships we are not able to provide any more information than you will find available with your tracking info.

Yes, we are a small family run company located North of Baltimore, Maryland.


What’s taking so long?

We are a two person company so we typically can’t provide responses and order processing like a $2 trillion dollar company like Amazon. Sorry. You will get your order that we can promise you.


Why Can’t I Call You? Why Can’t I Facebook IM you? Why Can’t I Insta you? In order to keep our prices as low as possible we haven’t hired anyone. Unfortunately this means we aren’t able to answer phone calls, emails, social media messages, smoke signals, and carrier pigeons. We’ve decided to use email as our form of communication. Where do you ship? How much will it be? We will ship anywhere in the world. Email us to get a shipping quote. Let us know exactly what you would like to order and provide your full mailing address. We’ll send you back a shipping cost estimate. If you would like to process go ahead and place your order on our website (www.offroadgorilla.com). When we see your order come across we'll send a separate invoice for your international shipping cost. Customer is responsible for any and all customs, country fees, etc.


Do you ship to Canada? How much is it? We sure do. Our more popular products have a Canada option on the product page. Just select that Canada option and that covers your international shipping cost. If you’d like to order something(s) that do not have the Canada option see “Where do you ship?” above,


My order went to the “wrong” address or an invalid address... We ship your order to the address you provided when you placed your order. Our shipping labels are automated. This means that if the address is wrong or invalid that you provided a wrong or invalid address. If the item gets lost it’s up to you to try and find it. We’ll help how we can. If the item gets returned to us and is still in new condition you’ll be responsible for our original shipping cost and 5% payment processing fee. We’ll refund the rest of your order amount. If you’d still like the item please place a new order with a new valid address.


Why do you charge a 5% payment processing fee on returns or cancelled orders? When we refund your money the payment processing company no longer refunds us the original processing fee they charged us. Since this return or cancellation was not our fault we pass the fee on to you.
