Returns

Returns are only accepted with prior approval from OffroadGorilla.com, LLC. Please contact us at sales@offroadgorilla.com to initiate a return. See below associated customer return costs. Item(s) must be received back to us in brand new re-sellable condition.

1. Customer is responsible for the return shipment of the item(s) to OffroadGorilla.com, LLC.

2. Customer is responsible for paying the original shipping costs incurred by OffroadGorilla.com, LLC. This shipping cost will be deducted from customer's refund.

3. A 5% restocking fee and 5% payment processing fee will be applied to the return. These fees will be deducted from customer's refund.


Customer Cancelled Order

If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately at sales@offroadgorilla.com to initiate the cancellation. If your order has shipped and you still no longer want the item your cancellation request will fall under our return policy, see above.

If we are able to cancel your order before it ships there will be a 4% payment processing fee subtracted from your original purchase price refund. This 4% covers our original processing fee which is non-refundable.

We ship your order to the address you provided when you placed your order. Our shipping labels are automated. This means that if the address is wrong or invalid that you provided a wrong or invalid address. If the item gets lost it’s up to you to try and find it. We’ll help how we can. If the item gets returned to us and is still in new condition you’ll be responsible for our original shipping cost and 5% payment processing fee. We’ll refund the rest of your order amount. If you’d still like the item please place a new order with a new valid address.

Why do you charge a 5% payment processing fee on returns or cancelled orders? When we refund your money the payment processing company no longer refunds us the original processing fee they charged us. Since this return or cancellation was not our fault we pass the fee on to you.
